These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, landing pages, programs, masterclasses, workshops, assessments, consultations, educational materials, digital products, credit-related services, and other products or services offered by:

Throughout these Terms, “Home Buying Ready,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Home Buying Club Corporation DBA Home Buying Ready™. “You,” “customer,” “participant,” and “purchaser” refer to any person accessing our website, submitting information, registering for an event, or purchasing or participating in our products or services.

By accessing our website, submitting a registration or assessment, purchasing a product or service, or participating in a Home Buying Ready™ program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ABOUT HOME BUYING READY™

Home Buying Ready™ provides education, resources, strategies, assessments, programs, and services designed to help renters and prospective homebuyers understand and prepare for the home-buying process.

Our goal is to help participants identify where they are today, understand potential obstacles to homeownership, and develop an action plan for becoming better prepared to purchase a home.

Our programs and services may address topics including:

• Steps to get home-buying ready;
• Credit education and credit improvement;
• Credit reports and credit scores;
• Budgeting and financial preparation;
• Debt-to-income considerations;
• Savings and financial readiness;
• Home loan programs;
• Down payment assistance programs;
• $0 down and $0 closing-cost programs or opportunities;
• Mortgage preparation;
• New construction and resale homes;
• Home-buying strategies;
• Home-buying readiness assessments;
• Consultations and action plans; and
• Referrals to mortgage, real estate, credit, financial, and other professionals.

Programs, benefits, and services may vary depending on the product or registration level purchased.

2. EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE

Unless specifically stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Home Buying Ready™ programs and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes.

Information provided through our programs should not be interpreted as legal, tax, investment, accounting, or individualized financial advice.

Participants should consult an appropriately licensed or qualified professional regarding decisions requiring professional advice.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Home Buying Ready™ does not guarantee any particular financial, credit, mortgage, real estate, or home-buying result.

Participation does not guarantee:

• Mortgage pre-approval or approval;
• Qualification for a particular loan;
• A particular interest rate or mortgage payment;
• Qualification for down payment assistance;
• Qualification for $0 down or $0 closing-cost programs;
• A specific credit-score increase;
• Deletion or modification of any particular credit-report item;
• Personal or business funding;
• Approval by a creditor or lender;
• Purchase of a particular property;
• Closing on a home within a particular timeframe; or
• Any specific financial outcome.

Every participant’s circumstances are different. Results may depend upon factors including credit history, income, employment, debt, savings, property selection, lender requirements, program requirements, market conditions, consumer participation, and other factors outside our control.

Testimonials, examples, success stories, and case studies represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of future results.

4. HOME LOANS AND MORTGAGE PROGRAMS

Home Buying Ready™ may provide educational information regarding mortgages, loan programs, down payment assistance, closing-cost assistance, grants, and other home-buying opportunities.

Unless separately and appropriately licensed to provide a particular service, Home Buying Ready™ does not act as the mortgage lender or make lending or underwriting decisions.

Program requirements, interest rates, assistance amounts, income limits, geographic restrictions, credit requirements, and other eligibility criteria are established by lenders, government agencies, program administrators, and other third parties and may change without notice.

Information presented during a program reflects information reasonably available at the time it is presented.

Participants are responsible for confirming current requirements with the applicable provider before making financial decisions.

5. REAL ESTATE SERVICES

Home Buying Ready™ may provide educational information about purchasing real estate and may connect participants with appropriately licensed real estate professionals.

When real estate brokerage services are provided, those services may be subject to separate disclosures, representation agreements, brokerage agreements, and applicable state licensing requirements.

Participation in a Home Buying Ready™ educational program does not, by itself, establish a brokerage or agency relationship.

6. CREDIT EDUCATION AND CREDIT-RELATED SERVICES

Certain Home Buying Ready™ programs, including some VIP packages, may include credit education, credit analysis, credit improvement assistance, or credit-related services.

Where applicable, credit-related services may be governed by a separate written agreement, disclosures, authorizations, and legally required cancellation provisions.

We do not guarantee that any particular credit account, collection, inquiry, late payment, charge-off, public record, or other item will be removed, changed, or suppressed.

Accurate, current, and verifiable information generally cannot be promised for deletion simply because it negatively affects a credit score.

Consumers have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with consumer reporting agencies without using a third-party credit service.

If a separate credit-services agreement conflicts with these general Terms regarding a right that applicable law requires for that service, the legally required provision and applicable service agreement will control.

7. REGISTRATION AND PURCHASES

Prices, benefits, and program descriptions will generally be displayed on the applicable landing page, registration page, checkout page, invoice, or service agreement.

By completing a purchase, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate;
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
• You understand what you are purchasing;
• You have reviewed the applicable price and program description; and
• You agree to these Terms and any additional terms disclosed at checkout.

Payment is due according to the terms presented at checkout.

8. GENERAL AND VIP REGISTRATIONS

Some Home Buying Ready™ events may offer multiple registration levels, including General and VIP registration.

The benefits included with each registration are those identified on the applicable registration or sales page at the time of purchase.

VIP benefits may include additional services such as credit-related services, assessments, consultations, educational materials, priority access, or other benefits.

Participants may be required to complete additional forms, authorizations, or service agreements before certain VIP benefits can be provided.

Failure to provide information or documentation reasonably required to perform a service does not automatically create a right to a refund.

9. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Home Buying Ready™ or required by applicable law, all purchases, registration fees, program fees, service fees, deposits, and payments made to Home Buying Ready™ are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to purchases including, but not limited to:

• Masterclasses;
• Workshops;
• Live events;
• Virtual events;
• General registrations;
• VIP registrations;
• Educational programs;
• Consultations;
• Assessments;
• Digital products;
• Workbooks;
• Downloads;
• Recordings;
• Templates;
• Memberships, where applicable;
• Credit-related services, subject to legally required cancellation rights; and
• Other products and services offered by Home Buying Ready™.

A participant is not entitled to a refund solely because the participant:

• Does not attend an event;
• Arrives late or leaves early;
• Does not complete a program;
• Does not use purchased services or benefits;
• Changes their mind;
• Experiences a change in personal or financial circumstances;
• Is unable to obtain financing;
• Does not qualify for a mortgage;
• Does not qualify for down payment or closing-cost assistance;
• Does not achieve a desired credit score;
• Does not obtain a desired credit-report result;
• Does not purchase a home; or
• Does not achieve the particular outcome they expected.

Purchasing a program gives the participant access to the product, service, education, event, or resources described at the time of purchase; it does not constitute the purchase of a guaranteed outcome.

Legally Required Cancellation Rights

Nothing in this All Sales Are Final policy is intended to eliminate or restrict a cancellation, refund, rescission, or other consumer right that applicable federal or state law does not permit a consumer to waive.

If a separate written agreement provides a legally required cancellation period for a particular service, that provision will control for that service.

10. EVENT CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING AND CHANGES

Home Buying Ready™ reserves the right to make reasonable changes to an event, including its:

• Date;
• Time;
• Location;
• Format;
• Agenda;
• Instructor;
• Speaker;
• Materials; or
• Delivery method.

If an event is rescheduled, the participant’s registration may be transferred to the rescheduled event or another comparable event or program, where appropriate.

If Home Buying Ready™ cancels a paid event and does not provide the purchased service, a replacement event, program credit, transfer, or other reasonable alternative, any remedy required by applicable law will be provided.

11. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers with a billing concern are encouraged to contact Support@HomeBuyingReady.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to review and address the concern.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically establish that a transaction was unauthorized or that a refund is owed.

Where a chargeback or payment dispute occurs, Home Buying Ready™ may provide the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution with documentation reasonably related to the transaction, including:

• Purchase records;
• Registration records;
• Checkout records;
• Acceptance of these Terms;
• Refund-policy disclosures;
• Payment authorization records;
• Event attendance information;
• Login or access records;
• Records showing delivery of digital materials or services; and
• Relevant communications.

Nothing in this section restricts a consumer’s lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise legally disputable transaction.

12. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants are responsible for providing complete, truthful, and accurate information.

You agree not to provide false or misleading information to Home Buying Ready™, lenders, mortgage professionals, credit reporting agencies, creditors, real estate professionals, government agencies, assistance programs, or other third parties.

Participants are responsible for reviewing all contracts, disclosures, loan documents, purchase agreements, financial documents, and other legally binding documents before signing them.

13. THIRD-PARTY PROFESSIONALS AND REFERRALS

Home Buying Ready™ may introduce participants to third-party professionals or companies, which may include:

• Mortgage lenders and loan officers;
• Real estate agents and brokers;
• Home builders;
• Title companies;
• Insurance providers;
• Credit-related service providers;
• Financial professionals;
• Home inspectors;
• Contractors; and
• Other service providers.

Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, these providers are independent third parties.

Home Buying Ready™ does not control their underwriting decisions, prices, eligibility requirements, services, performance, or business practices.

Participants are responsible for reviewing and determining whether a third-party provider is appropriate for their individual circumstances.

14. COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your contact information in connection with an inquiry, registration, purchase, assessment, consultation, or program, you authorize Home Buying Ready™ to contact you regarding the requested service.

Communications may include event reminders, registration information, appointment information, program updates, customer-service communications, and other transactional communications.

Where permitted and with any consent required by law, we may also send promotional communications.

Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe mechanism where required.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase where prohibited by law.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Home Buying Ready™ educational and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Home Buying Club Corporation unless otherwise stated. This may include:

• Videos;
• Presentations;
• Workbooks;
• Worksheets;
• Checklists;
• Assessments;
• Training materials;
• Templates;
• Graphics;
• Logos;
• Recordings;
• Written content;
• Digital downloads; and
• Proprietary educational systems and methods.

Purchasing or participating in a program provides a limited right to use the applicable materials for your personal use.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, upload, sublicense, teach, commercially exploit, or provide our proprietary materials to others without prior written authorization.

16. RECORDING OF EVENTS

Certain live, virtual, or in-person Home Buying Ready™ events may be photographed, audio recorded, or video recorded.

When participant voices, images, or identifying participation may be captured, notice and consent will be handled as required by applicable law.

Participants may not independently record, reproduce, livestream, or redistribute our programs without written authorization.

17. WEBSITE AND TECHNOLOGY

We make reasonable efforts to maintain our websites, landing pages, registration systems, and digital services.

We cannot guarantee that every website, platform, payment system, email service, webinar platform, or other technology will operate without interruption or error.

Temporary technical difficulties do not automatically entitle a participant to a refund where the purchased product or service can otherwise reasonably be delivered.

18. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful purposes;
• Provide fraudulent or misleading information;
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
• Interfere with website or platform operations;
• Impersonate another person;
• Copy or commercially exploit our proprietary materials;
• Share paid program access without authorization;
• Distribute event recordings without authorization; or
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct.

We reserve the right to terminate access to programs or services for material violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

19. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the extent permitted by applicable law, general educational content, website information, and resources are provided on an “as available” basis. Home Buying Ready™ does not warrant or guarantee that participation will result in:

• Mortgage approval;
• Homeownership;
• A specific credit score;
• Credit-report deletions;
• Funding;
• Down payment assistance;
• Closing-cost assistance;
• A specific interest rate; or
• Any other particular financial outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Home Buying Ready™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from reliance on general educational information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Home Buying Ready™ is not responsible for independent decisions made by lenders, creditors, consumer reporting agencies, government agencies, real estate professionals, assistance programs, or other third parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

21. PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which should be reviewed together with these Terms.

By providing information to Home Buying Ready™, you acknowledge that information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

22. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms will be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

23. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Home Buying Ready™ may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our programs, business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.

The most current version will display its effective or updated date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law.

25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy, checkout disclosures, program-specific terms, and any separate written service agreement applicable to a purchased service, constitute the terms governing the applicable transaction.

If a program-specific agreement contains terms that conflict with these general Terms, the program-specific agreement will control with respect to that particular service, subject to applicable law.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing a purchase, registration, or enrollment with Home Buying Ready™, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms and Conditions, including the All Sales Are Final policy, before submitting payment.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT A REFUND, CANCELLATION, OR RESCISSION RIGHT IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
